As a Marketing Associate, you will...

Own and grow heva's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, creating content that drives both engagement and measurable results. Plan, produce, publish, and optimize short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other social-first formats. You'll be hands-on with the creative, not just the calendar. Launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, from setup and targeting to budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.

Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions to understand what's driving leads and growth, and act on those insights quickly. Run ongoing A/B tests on messaging, creative, CTAs, and audiences, documenting what you learned and what you changed as a result. Build and maintain performance dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar) so the team always knows what's working. Support SEM and SEO initiatives, including keyword research, landing page optimization, and content improvements.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels. Coordinate marketing events, activations,



and initiatives involving patients, providers, or partners. Identify new content ideas, trends, channels, and experiments that can help heva reach more patients and providers.

You're the person we're looking for if you have... 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth, with a mix of creative and analytical work. Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, with real budgets and results you can speak to (leads, CPL, revenue, etc.). Experience creating short-form video and social content yourself, from idea to final edit. Comfort working with data: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and dashboard tools like Looker Studio. A testing mindset: you've run A/B tests and used the results to improve campaigns. Familiarity with SEO and SEM fundamentals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Availability to work in person from Mexico City.
