This role is perfect for someone who not only manages butworks side-by-sidewith their agents—coaching in real-time, joining calls, and ensuring each lead becomes a real opportunity.You’ll be responsible for setting strategies, creating processes, and helping your team exceed targets in the recruitment and staffing industry.Build and lead a new outbound cold-calling team from scratch.Join agents on calls to demonstrate techniques and close skills gaps.Develop and implement B2 B outreach strategies, scripts, and processes.Recruit, train, and mentor agents to achieve daily/weekly KPIs.Track and analyze performance metrics (calls, conversions,
