Regional Record to Report Lead

Are you passionate about financial analysis, continuous improvement, and team leadership?

We are looking for a Regional Record to Report Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of LATAM financial information and driving compliance with accounting, financial, and corporate reporting processes.

What will be your challenge?

- Ensure the timely preparation, consolidation, and submission of regional Financial Statements to Corporate.
- Analyze and report key information related to sales, inventory costs, unrealized profits, and regional financial indicators.
- Support the annual budget submission process and budget updates.
- Lead and oversee monthly accounting close activities.
- Manage financial and accounting processes related to fixed assets, financial leases,



SAP period opening and closing.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP FICO.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consolidated financial reporting, accounting close processes, and master data management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
