Consultor SAP WalkMe

MISSION:

- SAP WalkMe Consultant specialized in digital adoption, user enablement, and business process optimization, helping organizations maximize SAP technology investments through guided user experiences, workflow automation, and effective change management strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, configure, and implement WalkMe solutions across SAP environments to improve user adoption, productivity, and overall digital experience.
- Analyze business processes and user journeys to develop in-app guidance, automated workflows, self-service support, and training solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and project leaders to support digital transformation and change management initiatives.
- Monitor adoption metrics, user behavior, and platform performance to continuously optimize WalkMe content and improve business outcomes.

PROFILE





- 3+ years of experience in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), SAP projects, change management, user enablement, training, or business process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with WalkMe implementation, configuration, analytics, workflow automation, and user experience enhancement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or related solutions.
- Advanced English level (B2-C1) with experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions within integral organizations.
