This role involves end-to-end ownership across backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and relational databases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy catalog features end-to-endDevelop APIs, business logic, data models, and React-based UI componentsParticipate in platform modernization initiativesUse AI-assisted development tools for coding and test automationWrite and maintain automated testsCollaborate with Product and Design teams.Required Technical SkillsBackend expertise in C#/.NET, Go, Python, or JavaReact or modern frontend framework experienceREST APIs and microservices architectureMS SQL Server or PostgreSQLCI/CD and automated testingAI-assisted development tooling experienceExposure to specific tools and has used AI in concrete workflows (e.g., 'I use Cursor for brownfield navigation and Claude Code for test generation')Used AI for multiple SDLC steps: coding, testing, code review,

The bar is not awareness; it is daily use in delivering real software.Familiarity with .NET/C#, Go, Python, Java, React, MS SQL Server, Azure or AWS.*Has done at least one platform migration in a significant capacity*Familiar with incremental migration patternsWorked in .NET or SQL Server AND has modern stack experience (Python, Go, Postgres)Full-stack awareness: comfortable contributing across layers of the stack when needed; purely single-layer specialists are not the target profile.Experience with e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, or high-traffic consumer applications.Experience working in distributed teams across the US, China, and Latin America.
