- Ensuring a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operation while achieving targets for Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People - Planning and managing production capacity, including manpower, equipment, and resources, to meet customer and business requirements - Leading, coaching and developing employees to build a high-performing team - Developing and implementing shift schedules and workforce plans to support production objectives - Monitoring and driving key performance indicators (KPIs), initiating corrective actions to achieve operational targets - Identifying, analyzing, and resolving production issues, bottlenecks, equipment failures, and quality concerns through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis - Promoting and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Standard Work - Ensuring compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, company policies,
