Location: Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico Duration: 6 Months Contract Compensation: MX$75,******,000 per month Job Type: Contract Work Arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid, based on client requirements Job Summary We are looking for a Senior SAP PP Lead to support our client in Mexicali.
The adecuado candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and manufacturing processes and be comfortable working with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities - Lead SAP PP functional activities including configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
- Configure and support: - Material Requirements Planning (MRP) - Production Orders - Bill of Materials (BOM) - Work Centers - Routings - Demand Management - Capacity Planning - Production Scheduling - Work closely with manufacturing, production, and supply-chain teams.
- Support integration between SAP PP and MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO.
- Troubleshoot SAP PP issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Lead testing, UAT, deployment,



and post-go-live support.
- Participate in process improvements and SAP enhancement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to business users and other SAP team members.
Required Qualifications - 12+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on SAP PP experience.
- Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.
- Strong understanding of SAP PP integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or support is a plus.
Preferred - SAP PP certification.
- Experience with S/4HANA Production Planning.
- Experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing.
- Experience working with multinational/global teams.
