- Job Title :Assembly Project Engineer (PPA)- Type of contract :Long-term At-willResponsibilities :- Participatesin the conception of the assembly process and equipment with EPM, MPM and associated extended team.
- SupportsMPM/IPMfor technical choicesin order toimprove the process.
- Establishestechnical and economic analysis of suppliers'offers, together with purchasing department,in order toselect the best solution.
- Followsup the Design and the realization of assembly equipment- Realizes functionalspecificationsregardingproject elements and standard elements.
- Validatesequipment study (Including supervision of FMEA), ergonomics study and the choice ofpossible solutions- Updates/adaptsformer feasibility study and technical choices if needed (Perimeter changes)- Validatesequipment in supplier workshop, fine tune the equipment in the plant and ensure smooth transfer to plant team- Ensuresthe tuning of the equipment is properly done following instructionsgivenbyEPM/MPM,in order toconverge to the product conformity.
- Validatesnecessary documentation for each equipment.

of validation plan and risk plansIdeal Candidate Profile- Bachelordegree with experience or mechanical engineeringmasterdegree- 2/3 years of experience in assembly field in plant or equipment supplier or otherautomotive tier 1 supplier as assembly equipment project manager.
- Possible for young engineer graduate with former experience in assembly as trainee or intern- Goodcommand ofEnglish- Good understanding of HSE/ergonomicsAt OPmobility, people truly matter.
