- Follow up on open purchase orders, resolve shortages, and coordinate recovery plans with suppliers.
- Manage supplier performance through scorecards, KPI reviews, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to mitigate supply risks.
- Analyze supplier performance trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.
- Maintain visibility of critical shortages, overdue deliveries, and supply chain exceptions.
- Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities and supplier performance reviews.
- Utilize SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to manage supplier commitments and operational performance.Perfil buscadoA successful Supply Continuity and Vendor Performance Manager should have:- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Planning,



Supplier Management, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, heavy manufacturing, HVAC, or engineered products environments.
- Proven experience managing supplier performance, material availability, shortages, delivery commitments, and supply continuity initiatives.
- Strong background in supplier follow-up, inventory management, purchase order execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Advanced SAP and Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Advanced English communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams and suppliers.
