ConsultingOn Demand TalentAbout This RoleAt RGP, we're looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong insurance and GMM expertise to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of a new Major Medical Expenses product.This is a great opportunity for someone who can connect business strategy, insurance operations, technology, and customer experience to bring a complex product from definition to successful launch.This is a 6 month project and we need availability to attend in a hybrid model, going to the client ́s office at least 3 days per week.What You Will Work OnOwn and prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, and functional requirementsEnable the product across digital channels including quoting, issuance, self-service, claims, and renewalsPartner closely with Technology, Actuarial, Operations, Claims, Finance, Legal, CX, and Commercial teamsTranslate business needs into actionable requirements for development, architecture, and QA teamsDrive agile delivery and ensure successful implementation from both a technical and operational perspectiveWhat You Will Bring5+ years of product development or management experience within the insurance industry, specifically GMM / Major Medical ExpensesStrong experience leading digital transformation or technical implementation projects in insuranceKnowledge of insurance operations, customer journeys, and digital platformsExperience working with Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsStrong stakeholder management and ability to connect business and technology teamsSpanish required and intermediate EnglishWhat You Can ExpectAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.Compensation commensurate with your qualifications,
