A Day in Your Life at MKS:This position will be reporting to: Logistics SupervisorPrincipal Responsibilities:As a Team Leader will act as a logistics facilitator to ensure the activities of the Distribution Coordinators meet customer requirements in a timely and high quality mannerWill organize, schedule and assign work to employees to ensure material requirements are met on a quick-turn basisMay also be responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipmentUnpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessaryLifts heavy items and may operate a forkliftPrepares and maintains records of merchandise shippedPost weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipmentExamines,
