Ensure, prepare and deliver proper documentation required to execute international rail shipments.Contract management – Manage all levels of contract application.
Reconcile contracts with customers.
Monitor past due contracts.
Close contracts when fulfilled.
Ensure tickets are paid or invoiced on correct contract terms.
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as needed by merchandising on defined reports.Inventory management – Assist controller in inventory management.
Troubleshoot scale ticket issues in accounting and scale programs.
Reconcile offsite inventories with transload 3rd parties.Order maintenance – Assist merchandiser with order/schedule maintenance.




Provide backup for the order entry desk to ensure deliveries are scheduled correctly.
Assist order entry desk with contract application issues.Customer service – Provide courteous, accurate, and timely customer service to customers and suppliers (custom brokers, railroad and truck companies).
Assist customers and suppliers with contract reconciliation.
Maintain relationships with customs brokers to ensure correct and smooth shipments and payments between the US and Mexico offices.
Trouble shoot pricing and delivery issues.Drive a culture of safety, accountability, opportunistic curiosity and contributes to creating an environment where people want to work.
Punctual attendance and attention to detail are essential job responsibilitiesMonitor all unload and load operations.
Assist to quote rail and truck freights.Coordinate rail and truck logistics.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in international business desired; agriculture and/or business background preferredMinimum 2 year of logistics management and administration or related experience required.High level of detail, multi-tasking, and problem solvingPositive, self-motivated individual with organization, communication, and negotiation skills; commitment to continuous learningStrong customer service commitmentAbility to analyze and interpret technical procedures.English/Spanish spoken and written.Physical DemandsFrequent sitting, use of computer, communication via telephoneAbility to navigate an office environment.
