Insight Integral is seeking a
Warehouse Manager
for a
full-time position
based on-site in
Azcapotzalco, Mexico City
. This individual will plan, lead, and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, value-added services, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for product traceability, operational efficiency, workforce and capacity planning, safety, cost control, and on-time customer fulfillment. The role also includes leading supervisors and warehouse personnel, monitoring operational KPIs, resolving fulfillment issues, and implementing continuous-improvement initiatives across the operation. Occasional travel may be required.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of
5 years of relevant experience
in warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or operations management.
Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Distribution Centre Manager, or in an equivalent operational leadership role.
Advanced English-language proficiency.




Demonstrated experience leading supervisors and warehouse personnel.
Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, value-added services, shipping, returns, and inventory-control processes.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems and ERP platforms, with strong transaction and inventory discipline.
Proven ability to manage physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
Experience managing warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, on-time fulfillment, productivity, operating costs, and safety.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Nice to Have
Experience implementing 5S and other continuous-improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of warehouse layout design, slotting, space utilization, capacity planning, and material-handling practices.
Experience producing operational dashboards and converting KPI variances into corrective and preventive actions.
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards involving racks, aisles, forklifts, mobile equipment, and facility operations.
Experience improving productivity, reducing idle time, controlling operating costs, and eliminating process bottlenecks.
Background working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Distribution, Transportation, Customs, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Experience developing training plans, competency matrices, succession plans, and internal-promotion strategies.
Strong customer-service orientation and experience operating against defined service-level commitments.
