Koch (manufacturing division) seeks a Manufacturing Superintendent to lead day‐to‐day operations in a high‐mix/high‐volume environment.
You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while guiding supervisors, technicians, and operators.
You will collaborate across Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning to resolve issues and optimize processes.
A strong Lean/Six Sigma background and ERP experience are required.
