Completed bachelors degree and degree certificate no exceptions.
Experience leading large teams, including Managers and Team Leads.
Experience in technical or industrial operations, engineering, specialized services, or data-driven environments.
Proven ability to manage KPIs, quality, productivity, and operational results.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
