and performantParticipate in system architecture discussions and technology decisionsQUALIFICATIONSTechnical Requirements5+ years of experience with ASP.NET (C#) developmentMinimum a associates degree or specialized certification in Computer Science or Information Systems plus practical work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred and highly beneficialProficiency with Bootstrap for responsive web designExtensive experience with MS SQL Server (design, query optimization, store procedures)Understanding of database design principles and normalizationExperience with version control systems (Git preferred)Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web servicesBusiness Domain KnowledgeUnderstanding of business processes in Sales, Warehouse Accounting, and Custom Service business unitsAbility to analyze business problems and design technical solutionsExperience with automated business process developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSoft SkillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesStrong attention to detail and quality focusAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksWillingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplineKnowledge of modern development practices including CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of security best practices for web applicationsExperience with reporting tools and data visualizationROHM offers a competitive salary and benefits.
