We are seeking a
Technical Program Manager
to drive enterprise cloud infrastructure delivery on Google Cloud Platform and align cross-functional teams on clear outcomes. You will own plans, risks, and stakeholder communication across global time zones and help ensure reliable cloud pipelines.
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline programs Define program scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and resource needs Coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to meet program objectives Drive stakeholder alignment and deliver concise, regular status reporting Manage delivery risks and operational issues with clear mitigation and escalation paths Oversee infrastructure rollouts to meet quality, performance, and reliability expectations Collaborate with general teams and support coordination with PST-aligned activities 2+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or infrastructure programs Proven leadership skills coordinating distributed,



cross-functional teams across time zones Strong project planning skills covering schedules, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery governance Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native approaches Solid experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives Working understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery models Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code delivery Strong risk management skills with ability to identify, track, and mitigate delivery and operational risks Excellent stakeholder management skills with clear communication to technical and business audiences Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate) GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification or equivalent PMP certification Scrum certification Experience with GCP networking and security fundamentals Experience defining and tracking OKRs for program delivery
