YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges and drive measurable business value. The adecuado candidate combines expertise in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), cloud-native AI platforms, and modern software engineering practices to deliver production-ready intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions that address business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
- Build and optimize machine learning models, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Leverage cloud-native AI services and platforms, including GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini, and similar technologies, to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
- Implement MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Utilize vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering techniques,



and AI agent frameworks to enhance solution capabilities.
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven products and services.
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, reliability, security, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development practices.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment strategies across AI initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.
- Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and software development best practices.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings and vector search technologies, AI agents and workflow orchestration
- Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend services.




- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform (preferred), Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services
- Experience leveraging AI services such as Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced English Communication.
