We are looking for an Accesory Supervisor with experience in the automotive manufacturing or logistics industry to lead work teams and ensure the achievement of operational objectives related to quality safety productivity and continuous improvement The selected candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising daily operations while ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements through the implementation of operational controls process audits performance monitoring and preventive and corrective actions

Key responsibilities include personnel management training and team development supervision of operational processes implementation of continuous improvement initiatives monitoring operational performance indicators ensuring compliance with quality safety and environmental standards developing Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and managing service processes within the assigned area in accordance with customer requirements

Requirements

Education bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field

Experience Minimum of three years in a supervisory position within the automotive manufacturing or logistics industry with proven experience managing personnel

Knowledge Quality control internal audits Kaizen continuous improvement Key Performance Indicators KPIs Standard Operating Procedures SOPs operational compliance corrective and preventive action plans Way of Working WoW Microsoft Office and computer applications





Language Intermediate English with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment
