Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HO HR Projects & Launch Support professional to drive the execution of strategic HR initiatives and organizational projects that support business growth and operational excellence. This role partners with Country HR Management and global stakeholders to ensure effective governance, standardized HR processes, and alignment with general HR strategies.
Lead the implementation and execution of HR projects, organizational launches, and business initiatives.
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR standards, governance, and best practices.
Support Country HR Management throughout project lifecycles, including ramp-up, business transfers, relocations, and ramp-down activities.
Monitor project performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and HR operational excellence.
Support strategic business growth through workforce planning, site launches, and business transfers.
Manage HR project governance, documentation, reporting, and portfolio execution.
Provide guidance and coaching to HR teams while promoting standardized HR practices and project management methodologies.

Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience managing HR projects or organizational initiatives.
Knowledge of HR processes, project management, and continuous improvement.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS or project management tools are a plus.
Advanced English (C1) – Required.
