Core Local VIP Operations – Mexico

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of high-value VIP users in the Spanish-speaking market. Respond promptly to VIP messages and requests, handle user feedback, and build and maintain long-term, stable relationships with VIP users.
- Independently plan and execute voice room activities, including on-site hosting and activity management. Leverage platform features to design and implement engaging room activities, prepare activity flows and announcement scripts, and ensure smooth execution and accurate recording of rewards.
- Manage and collaborate with the local assistant team. Work closely with local hosts to plan and execute activities, motivate core users to organize user-led activities within voice rooms, and follow up on execution and results.
- Analyze user spending, activity, gaming, and social behavior data to understand customer needs and value, and develop targeted VIP maintenance strategies.
- Regularly analyze VIP user data and operational performance, identify trends in user top-ups, activity, churn, etc., and develop corresponding improvement measures.
- Identify and develop potential high-value users and continuously expand and maintain the core VIP user base.

Requirements

- Native Spanish speaker. English is a plus.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Based in Mexico preferred. Candidates based in other Latin American countries may also be considered, provided they can conveniently communicate and build relationships with core VIP users both online and offline.
- Willing to work versátil hours and adjust working schedules when necessary according to VIP users' active hours.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess user status, and develop operational strategies based on user data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with high-value users. Strong customer service mindset and emotional intelligence.
- Basic team management skills. Experience managing hosts, assistants, agents, or local operations teams is highly preferred.
- Strong execution and responsiveness. Able to proactively follow up with users and tasks without relying on constant supervision.
- Experience in live streaming, voice rooms, social apps, mini-games, VIP operations, or high-value customer relationship management is a plus.
