Division IT Manager – Global Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Division IT Manager to lead IT strategy, transformation, and operations across a global, multi-site manufacturing organization.

This is a senior IT leadership position responsible for transforming a complex technology landscape into a standardized, secure, scalable, and data-driven environment.

The successful candidate will lead through a combination of internal global and regional IT resources and external managed service providers (MSPs), partnering closely with business leadership and corporate IT.

This role requires a strong technology orchestrator and transformation leader rather than a hands-on technical specialist.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the division’s global IT strategy, governance, and transformation roadmap.
- Establish a scalable IT operating model across global and regional teams.
- Lead ERP modernization and standardization across multiple sites.
- Drive the general rollout and adoption of Acumatica ERP, while reducing legacy systems and site-specific solutions.
- Lead the evolution of the division’s Data & Analytics strategy, governance, architecture, and reporting capabilities.
- Drive adoption and standardization of technologies such as Power BI and modern cloud data platforms.
- Oversee Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, network, and identity modernization initiatives.
- Provide governance for Azure migration, Active Directory consolidation, vulnerability management, and infrastructure standardization.




- Manage and optimize relationships with multiple global MSPs, technology vendors, and contractors.
- Establish clear SLAs, accountability, performance metrics, and delivery standards.
- Ensure stable IT operations across infrastructure, applications, and end-user services.
- Lead IT budget management, investment prioritization, and vendor strategy.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate technology priorities into measurable business outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed IT organization.

Required Qualifications

- Significant experience in IT leadership roles within global, multi-site manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience leading distributed and cross-functional IT teams.
- Strong experience leading major ERP transformation, modernization, or standardization programs.
- Solid understanding of Data & Analytics architecture, governance, and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity environments.
- Experience managing complex delivery models combining internal IT teams and external MSPs.
- Strong experience in vendor management, IT governance, and service delivery.
- Proven ability to lead organizational and technology transformation.




- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within a global matrix organization.
- Advanced English proficiency for regular interaction with global teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Acumatica ERP.
- Experience with Power BI and enterprise reporting environments.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies.
- Understanding of APIs, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, and Python-based data environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud transformation programs.
- Experience rationalizing multiple ERP systems, applications, and technology vendors.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, supply chain, and shop-floor technology environments.
