We are looking a F&I; Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and governance of sales incentive programs that drive business performance and dealer network success.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing incentive schemes, overseeing program performance, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and partnering closely with Commercial, Finance, Sales Operations, and Dealer Development teams. This position is adecuado for a professional who combines strong financial expertise, analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement sales incentive programs aligned with business and commercial objectives.
- Manage and continuously improve incentive processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
- Analyze program effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend actions to maximize sales performance and ROI.
- Oversee incentive accruals, payments, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Prepare executive-level reports, business insights, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.
- Act as the key contact for dealer network inquiries and escalations related to incentive programs.




- Lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen efficiency, controls, and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- Experience managing commercial incentive programs, sales operations, business planning, or commercial finance activities.
- Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Experience working closely with dealer networks, distributors, or external commercial partners.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven experience leading projects, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across multiple functions.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
- Advanced English communication skills.
