We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist with manufacturing experience to support recruitment, employee relations, training, personnel administration, and general services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor absenteeism, turnover, and open positions.
- Coordinate the annual training program and training needs assessment.
- Maintain personnel files, training matrices, and flexibility letters.
- Support IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 14001 audits.
- Coordinate internal events, communication, and employee engagement activities.
- Oversee cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning service providers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of Human Resources experience.




- Experience in manufacturing (Automotive desirable) and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law, STPS/SIRCE, and training processes.
- Experience with SAP or other HR systems.
- English proficiency
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
