This is a full-time, 100% on-site role requiring advanced English proficiency (C1) and at least 6 months of experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar field.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm (to change to 7:00 am – 4:00 pm in November, Central Mexico Time)
Experience Level: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service, Tech Support, or related roles
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate service appointments and manage daily scheduling for caregivers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Respond promptly and courteously to client calls and inquiries.

Work closely with associates and the Office Manager, acting as a liaison to evaluate and improve service.

Assist with sales, marketing, public relations, and recruiting efforts.





Maintain accurate documentation of employee records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Perform on-call coordinator duties as required.

Uphold the company’s vision, mission, and core values in every interaction.

Multitask efficiently in a high-functioning office environment.

Conduct interviews, screenings, and provide a positive candidate experience.

Support general office and clerical functions.

What We’re Looking For:

High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.

Excellent organizational, telephone, and interpersonal skills.

Basic office and computer skills.

Knowledge of common medical terminology is a plus.

Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.

Ability to communicate fluently in English.
