Resumen

This position will work closely with internal departments such as Production, Planning, Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain to help ensure accurate information and timely responses to customers.

Responsabilidades

Mains Responsibilities:

- Support the Customer Service team with daily customer requests and follow-up activities.
- Assist with order entry, order status updates, and documentation.
- Monitor customer orders and follow up on delivery dates and production status.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and customer service metrics.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding order status, priorities, and customer requirements.
- Support the resolution of basic customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with maintaining customer records and documentation.
- Follow up on pending actions to help ensure timely responses to customers.
- Participate in Customer Service and cross-functional meetings as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes.




- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Current student with availability to complete an internship program.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on multiple activities.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.
- English: Intermediate level preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Previous internship or academic experience related to Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing is desirable.
- Basic understanding of order management and manufacturing processes is a plus.
