FXSTREET is looking for a Financial Journalist with experience in FX and Commodities to write short news pieces for FXSteet.com news feeds for the AMERICAN SESSION. We are offering a full-time position, an 8-hour-per-day shift, to provide insightful information to forex traders based on fundamental and technical knowledge.

*TASKS DESCRIPTION

- Writing short news pieces for FXSteet.com news feeds
- Provide insightful information to FX traders based on fundamental and technical knowledge.
- Stay alert to stories about moving markets.

*DESIRED PROFILE

Technical Skills

- Journalist/Economist background
- Experience in FX and Commodities.
- Working knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis.
- Knowledge of macroeconomics, central banks and financial markets is desirable, particularly an understanding of how economic data and monetary policy influence asset prices.

Soft Skills

- Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced newsroom




- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Analytical mindset and sound news judgement
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
