Motive is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Mexico to ensure customers realize value, drive adoption, and coordinate with Sales and Implementation teams. You will own a book of business, manage renewals, and guide clients toward successful outcomes.
In this role, you will maintain high customer satisfaction across Mexico and US accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and help customers scale with the Motive platform. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
