Visit.org is seeking an onsite Event Coordinator in Veracruz, Mexico for per-event contracts. You will coordinate event details, ship materials, staff, and act as the day-of on-site lead to deliver engaging team-building experiences.
You will participate in virtual planning meetings with partners, handle setup and teardown, manage check-in, and ensure a superior guest experience. Flexibility for nights/weekends and regional travel is required.
