Your Role As a Senior Java Developer
you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, building cloud-native and microservices-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java technologies, a strong understanding of modern software architecture, and a passion for delivering reliable and innovative solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities & Scope

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate

Build and support cloud-native, microservices-based architectures following industry best practices

Develop and enhance RESTful APIs to support enterprise-grade integrations and business services

Contribute to front-end development initiatives using Angular or React with JavaScript/TypeScript

Design solutions optimized for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability

Develop and deploy applications on Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms





Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and engineering best practices

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to improve software quality

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team

Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Support system performance tuning, optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

Contribute to distributed systems design and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools

Your Profile

6 to 10 years of experience in Java software development delivering enterprise-scale applications

Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture

Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and cloud-native applications on Azure and/or AWS

Experience with Angular or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices





Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices

Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems

Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
