Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Assurance.
Certified Lead Auditor in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Experience in process control, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred certification.
Knowledge of customer-specific requirements (CSR) and customer audits.
Advanced proficiency in Automotive Core Tools:
APQP
PPAP
FMEA
SPC
MSA
Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Experience interacting with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to lead quality improvement projects and support production operations.
