Job Role- Lead Integration Engineer (Java / AWS)
Location- Puebla, Mexico
Job Type- Full Time
We're looking for a hands-on technical lead who enjoys solving integration challenges, building APIs, and connecting banking platforms with enterprise systems.
What you'll do Lead the design and delivery of API and integration solutions.
Build and support microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and manage services through AWS API Gateway.
Integrate core banking platforms with internal and external applications.
Troubleshoot integration issues and improve performance, reliability, and security.
Mentor developers and drive technical best practices.
What you bring Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway and cloud-based integrations.
Experience building APIs, microservices, and system-to-system integrations.
Previous experience leading developers or integration projects.
Banking or financial services experience.
Core banking integration experience is highly preferred.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
