We are looking for a Process Engineer (specialized in Plastic Injection Molding) to join our manufacturing team and lead the optimization, stability, and continuous improvement of injection molding processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize plastic injection processes.
- Define and optimize injection parameters, cycle times, and process conditions.
- Lead mold trials, process validations, and new material evaluations.
- Troubleshoot process and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure process stability, product quality, and repeatability.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and Process FMEA (AMEF) according to BOGE standards and automotive requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools .
- Analyze process KPIs, scrap, productivity, and cycle time to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical support to Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams.




- Train production personnel on injection molding processes and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field .
- 2–3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding , preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, molds, machinery, and plastic materials.
- Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of PFMEA/AMEF and automotive quality standards .
- Technical English communication skills .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and results-oriented skills.
