We're looking for a hands-on technical lead who enjoys solving integration challenges, building APIs, and connecting banking platforms with enterprise systems.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and delivery of API and integration solutions.
- Build and support microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and manage services through AWS API Gateway.
- Integrate core banking platforms with internal and external applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Mentor developers and drive technical best practices.
What you bring
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway and cloud-based integrations.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and system-to-system integrations.
- Previous experience leading developers or integration projects.
- Banking or financial services experience.
- Core banking integration experience is highly preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
