Your new role

- Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team (technicians and contractors), assigning priorities, coaching performance, and enforcing discipline.
- Diagnose recurring equipment failures using root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts, external services, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support new launches, process changes, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate maintenance KPIs and documentation (CMMS), reporting performance and driving improvements in MTBF/MTTR and reliability.
