Amazon is seeking an ICQA Area Manager to lead inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving operations inside our fulfillment center. You will supervise hourly Associates and Team Leads, plan shifts, and drive improvements to inventory accuracy and customer experience.
You will partner with Operations and support teams, ensure safety, mentor managers and associates, conduct KPI reviews, and help recruit and train the next generation of leaders.
