- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Assurance.
- Certified Lead Auditor in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Experience in process control, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred certification.
- Knowledge of customer-specific requirements (CSR) and customer audits.
- Advanced proficiency in Automotive Core Tools:
- APQP
- PPAP
- FMEA
- SPC
- MSA
- Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Experience interacting with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead quality improvement projects and support production operations.
