Solution / Fabric Architect –

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solution / Fabric Architect to design and guide the implementation of a

Microsoft Fabric-based Data Platform and Data Foundation. The role will own the technical architecture, data integration approach and overall solution design across source systems and the Fabric platform.

Key Responsibilities

 Define the Microsoft Fabric solution architecture, including workspace,

environment, OneLake and Lakehouse design.

 Design the overall data ingestion, transformation, data layer and integration architecture.

 Assess source systems and define appropriate integration approaches for Oracle

NetSuite, Salesforce, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Product Data Management

(PDM) and Power BI-based applications.

 Define source-to-target data flows, data structures, transformation patterns and technical standards.

 Define appropriate approaches for data quality, validation, monitoring, logging and error handling.

 Define security, access and environment considerations for the Fabric solution.

 Guide the Data Engineering team during implementation and resolve technical design issues.





 Review technical implementation to ensure alignment with the agreed architecture and standards.

 Support technical testing, data validation, production readiness and deployment.

 Document architecture decisions, technical designs, assumptions and dependencies.

 Provide technical guidance during production deployment and post-production

Hypercare.

Required Experience

 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture or data engineering, with strong experience in cloud data platforms.

 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data

Factory/Data Pipelines and related Fabric capabilities.

 Strong understanding of data ingestion, integration, transformation, data modeling and data quality.

 Experience designing data platforms integrating enterprise applications such as ERP,

CRM, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Product Data Management (PDM)

systems.

 Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce integration is preferred.

 Strong understanding of security, access management, environments and deployment considerations for cloud data platforms.

 Experience guiding data engineering teams and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

 Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

 Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate / Azure Data Engineer

Associate or equivalent certification.

 Experience with enterprise data platform implementations using Microsoft

Azure/Fabric.

 Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, CPQ or PDM data integration.

 Experience designing solutions for Power BI and enterprise reporting.

Profile sought: A hands-on Fabric Architect who can design the end-to-end data platform,

make the right technical decisions, guide engineers through implementation and ensure the solution is production-ready.
