About the Role The Hackett Group is looking for a skilled Oracle Consultant with functional expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) to support client engagements across the US.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support the Oracle Accounts Receivable module (Cloud) to meet client business requirements.
- Manage AR processes including invoicing, collections, receipts application, and revenue recognition.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to customer accounts, credit memos, and AR reconciliation.
- Work closely with Finance teams to ensure accurate AR reporting and month-end/period-end close activities.
- Support integration points between AR and other modules (GL, Order Management, Cash Management).
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and end-user training.
- Deliver consulting support directly to clients,



including documentation and status reporting.

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable module (Cloud).
- Strong understanding of AR business processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in Oracle implementation and/or support projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Professional-level English (written and spoken) — required for client communication.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote, distributed team environment.
- Based in Latin America.

Nice to Have

- Oracle certifications related to Financials/AR.
- Experience with AR integrations to Cash Management and General Ledger.

Written & spoken English at a professional level is required
