Order Management Specialist

Position Summary The Order Management Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate order tracking, and maintaining full visibility of key operational KPIs such as StFC and FCT. This role supports daily operations by managing open orders, coordinating cancellations, delivering critical reports, and driving timely communication with both internal teams and customers.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and report all open orders, ensuring timely updates are communicated to the customer.
- Manage the order cancellation process, both physically and systematically, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures.
- Provide all required operational reports, including DPS, IDC, Status, Recovery, AMS, Summary Report, Material Analysis, FCT, StFC, among others.
- Present StFC and FCT results to internal teams and customers, analyze causes or root causes, and coordinate follow‑up actions with the responsible departments when necessary.




- Communicate daily priorities to Manager to ensure compliance with required metrics (StFC1, Aging, Escalated).

Required Knowledge & Skills

- Intermediate SAP proficiency.
- Understanding of manufacturing process flows and engineering change flow processes.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions across departments.
