Amazon in Mexico is seeking an Area Manager Jr, IXD Operations to lead multiple teams of hourly associates at our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) facility. You will coach managers, drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while meeting service levels.
You will analyze metrics, implement process improvements, and coordinate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to sustain efficient inventory flow from vendors to Fulfillment Centers across Mexico. This is a hands-on leadership role.
