The PM is an integral part of the functional matrix-program organization and is the primary operational interface with the customer in day-to-day operations.



It is the responsibility of this position: Leading the overall performance of your account through your CIT and coordinating shared responsibilities between functional departments to ensure operational and financial excellence

Has Authority to: Modify organizational structures, capital equipment or various resources when the program shows operational weaknesses and evident problems with the client, that is; removing and placing people according to the changing needs of the business.
