We are looking for a Process Engineer (specialized in Plastic Injection Molding) to join our manufacturing team and lead the optimization, stability, and continuous improvement of injection molding processes.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize plastic injection processes.
Define and optimize injection parameters, cycle times, and process conditions.
Lead mold trials, process validations, and new material evaluations.
Troubleshoot process and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure process stability, product quality, and repeatability.
Develop and maintain SOPs and Process FMEA (AMEF) according to BOGE standards and automotive requirements.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools .
Analyze process KPIs, scrap, productivity, and cycle time to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide technical support to Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams.




Train production personnel on injection molding processes and best practices.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in industrial , Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field .
2–3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding , preferably in automotive manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, molds, machinery, and plastic materials.
Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of PFMEA/AMEF and automotive quality standards .
Technical English communication skills .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and results-oriented skills.
