• Root Cause Analysis: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead incident response effectively.

Performance &
• Scalability: Knowledge of distributed computing, load balancing, and capacity planning. Observability &
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, and similar platforms. ITSM &
• Compliance:
Familiarity with IT service management and regulatory standards.
Certificate management: Venafi, ECMS, Open SSL, cipher suites. Problem-Solving &
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify issues, analyze results, and come up with optimal, innovative solutions.
