We are looking for a Process Engineer (Contractor) to support a manufacturing project focused on machine layout, tooling replication, cycle time optimization, and minimizing downtime.

Contract duration: 3 to 6 months

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Proven track record of executing at least two successful factory-to-factory product line moves or equipment relocations.

Technical Skills

- Expertise in Line Balancing and Time Studies to ensure the new line meets or exceeds legacy cycle times.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for facility layout design and material flow optimization.
- Strong knowledge of facility requirements, including compressed air, power drops, ventilation, and other requirements needed to oversee the physical setup.

Soft Skills / Operational Style:

- Self-starter capable of working autonomously under an aggressive 8-week deadline.
- Strong vendor management skills to coordinate with riggers, mechanics, and electricians.
