Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations, facility management, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, improving OEE, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing environment

What your background should look like

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
- Experience improving OEE, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong leadership,



communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead and continuously improve TPM programs.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Drive equipment reliability and OEE improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
- Lead maintenance and facilities teams, including training and performance management.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resources.
- Partner with Production and Engineering teams to support operational goals.
- Promote Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
