- responsible for planning and enhancing the plant maintenance system.

requirements & qualifications

- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
- advanced english proficiency (written and spoken).
- strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- knowledge of mechanical, instrumentation, control, and industrial machinery systems, including injection molding equipment.
- results-oriented with strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
