At USI Mexico, a global leader in electronics manufacturing solutions, we are seeking a Quality Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the plant's Quality Management System.

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and others.

✅ Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality performance targets, customer satisfaction goals, and defect reduction objectives.

✅ Lead internal, external, and customer audits.

✅ Manage cross-functional teams within Quality, Quality Engineering, and Management Systems.

✅ Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, FMEA, and Control Plans.

✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, lowering quality costs, and optimizing manufacturing processes.

✅ Address customer requirements and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.





✔ More than 8 years of experience in Quality leadership roles within the electronics manufacturing or industrial sector.

✔ Proven experience leading quality teams in high-volume manufacturing environments.

✔ Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and 8D.

✔ Experience managing OEM customer relationships and leading audit activities.

✔ Advanced English communication skills for interaction with customers and corporate teams.

✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
