LATAM SPANISH – CONVERSION AGENTS
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX industry
- Proven sales performance and target achievement
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Experience handling warm leads and converting clients
- Professional communication skills
- Results-driven and commercially minded
LATAM SPANISH – RETENTION AGENTS
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry
- Proven retention and revenue performance
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- Experience managing an existing client portfolio
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Results-driven approach
PORTUGUESE – CONVERSION AGENTS
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong conversion and closing skills
- Experience working with leads and converting clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
PORTUGUESE – RETENTION AGENTS
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry
- Proven track record in client retention and revenue generation
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience managing an active client portfolio
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
