We're a US marketing agency working with roofing and home-improvement contractors across the country. We're bringing on another Sales Closer in Mexico to handle booked calls with US contractors and turn them into signed clients.
The important part: there's no prospecting and no cold calling in this role. Our setting team books qualified meetings straight into your calendar, and everyone you speak with has already said yes to the conversation. Your job starts when the call starts.
What the work looks like
- Running scheduled video and phone calls with pre-qualified roofing and remodeling contractors
- Presenting our lead packages and taking owners through the offer
- Carrying deals through our sales process, from the first conversation to a signed agreement
- Answering questions and working through objections professionally
- Keeping CRM records clean and up to date
Who we're after
- Confident spoken and written English. Every call is in English with US business owners, so you need to hold your own on a live conversation.
- Proven experience closing sales, ideally by phone or video
- Someone who manages their own time well and works to targets
- Dependable internet and a quiet space for calls
- Currently living in Mexico
The money
- Base: 5,200 MXN weekly
- Commission: 1,000 MXN for every deal you close, paid on top of base, no ceiling
- Full-time independent contractor
Closers who perform here take home considerably more than base alone. Your output decides your income.
